Indoor Plant Caretaker

We are looking for a special someone to join our Indoor Plant team. We need someone who is upbeat yet mature. We need somebody who is detail oriented but can see also consider a bigger picture. We're looking for a friend who is encouraging and considerate. We'd like to partner with someone who feels confident working with phone apps to communicate but also realizes that good relationships require deeper care. We know that the success of our business hinges on the relationships we maintain both inside and outside of our organization.

We take particular pride in replicating outdoor green spaces indoors to offer stress reduction, peace, and appreciation for people to enjoy. We do so by paying close attention to pruning, cleaning, watering, fertilizing, etc. It's not always an easy job but it is consistently rewarding, if you already value what plants do for people.

Position Requirements:

• Need to be able to bend, lift, reach, squat and walk/be on feet for 6-8 hours per day
• Lift 20 pounds regularly and 50lbs occasionally. 
• Reliable transportation and the ability to navigate through the city
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Our Indoor Plant team, at times, also has the opportunity to exercise other skills by helping with planting exterior flowers, creating evergreen arrangements, putting up holiday decorations, and fabricating visual displays!

Seasonal Landscaper/Plant Technician

We are looking for a punctual, reliable, hardworking, detail oriented, professional individual, to travel around the metro, on a specified route, beautifying flowers and plants.  This includes, but not limited to, planting, weeding, mulching, watering and dead heading flower beds, trimming bushes and perennials, at commercial settings. 
 

Position Requirements: 

• The ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly during any shift 
• Walking, standing, bending, pushing and pulling 
• Working outdoors and in the elements
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Ideal candidates must also have a positive and professional attitude, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and provide a copy of your Motor Vehicle Record, and able to pass required criminal background check.

Competitive pay.  Experienced professionals will be evaluated for additional compensation.  Training, tools, and equipment are provided.
